Shipping Information

UPS Ground and Home Delivery

  • UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address is needed
  • All online orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:30 PM CDT will be shipped the SAME business day
  • Weekend orders (including Overnight and 2-Day) and orders placed after the above deadline will be shipped the next business day
  • A "business day" is Monday through Friday
  • UPS Ground and UPS Home Delivery delivers in 1-5 days, depending on the destination
  • Shipping dates start counting from the date the order has been shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number
  • Please allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update

Adding Items to Existing Orders

If you want to add items to your existing web order, you can call our store at 210-756-5493 ext.324. At the time of product addition, you must give your credit card information over the phone, as it will be considered a separate transaction.
